Is Lyris asleep? No seriously. - 2007/08/17 15:23
(1) Thrusday (8/16), I emailed webmaster@ for the second time in a month as the Help Manual -> Report Documentation Error -> (http://www.lyris.com/cgi-bin/docfeedback.pl) Which says:
Problem Description: Non-documentation errors should be reported through the normal support channels: ListManager | MailShield | MailEngine .
ALL of the links to "normal support channels" take you to 404-page not found errors!
And it would be nice if that ListManager error reporting worked since...
(1) In Reports -> Mailings -> Tracking Statistics -> Forwards -> Mailing Forwarding Detail, you are able to see a chart made of Date, Mailing, Title, Sent, Forwards, Total %.
HOWEVER, when you click the .xls icon and download the .csv, what you get IN the .csv itself is only the Mailing, Title, and Created Date. NO sent #s, and more importantly, NO forward info.
BUT wait, there's more!
(2) Then we have ListManager's REPORTS -> Members -> Subscriber Activity that only shows the last 7 days of activity no matter which date or report type you choose (eg. 1 month/daily totals + End Date 8/1/2007 = last 7 days of activities)
And am running 9.0 and DID TRY to go to lyris.com to find up grade to ListManger 9.1 price only to find bizarre calculator that didn't apply to what I was looking for.
