Apparently anyone can become an ESP these days, how sad. The service must blow if this is what you get as far as support from Lyris:
Lyris Resellers identify and provide service to customers for our software. The program is open to qualified software resale businesses, and has an initial cost of $5,000. This Reseller Package includes:
ListManager Gold
MailShield
MailEngine (20,000 messages/hour)
Installation Support (1 hour)
Telephone Support (4 incidents)
The retail value of the Reseller Package is $8,200. After purchasing it, Lyris Resellers may buy additional licenses at a 30% discount from our current price list. We'll also provide marketing collateral (e.g., data sheets), and limited evaluation licenses for your customer demonstrations and testing.
The Reseller Agreement is valid for one year. Resellers who purchase $15,000 of Lyris software during this period will be automatically renewed for the following year.
