It seems as though that if you provide email marketing or email appending services you wind up on their list.

On a good note - you can generally ignore the listing as it will not impact any of the domains most people care about, and it is "supposedly" only used by the maintainer of the list; at his personal domains and his work place.

COI? Conflict of interest?

Generally I see this blacklist pop up (and I don't think they necessarily term this particular one a blacklist, from what I recall) in isolation with the particular sender on no other common blacklists. ---------------------------------

The admin of the list determines the criteria and sometimes <manytimes> they are wrong...
